FastFixAuto Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates a car servicing, MOT testing, and repair business at 35 Carrington Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3HU. We also offer a mobile mechanic service within a 15-mile radius of High Wycombe. These terms govern your use of our website and services.
We provide car servicing (interim, full, and major), MOT testing (Class 4 and 7), brake repairs, EV and hybrid servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. Service availability may vary and is subject to technician and parts availability.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency bookings with short-notice surcharges are non-refundable once confirmed.
All servicing and repair work carried out by FastFixAuto comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), covering parts and labour. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period.
Our mobile mechanic service is available within a 15-mile radius of High Wycombe (postcodes HP10, HP11, HP12, HP13, and surrounding areas). Mobile services are subject to the availability of a suitable workspace at your location. You must provide adequate access and a safe working environment. Some services may not be available as mobile — we will advise you during booking.
Our loyalty programme rewards returning customers with points on eligible bookings. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
