1. About Us

FastFixAuto Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates a car servicing, MOT testing, and repair business at 35 Carrington Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3HU. We also offer a mobile mechanic service within a 15-mile radius of High Wycombe. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Services

We provide car servicing (interim, full, and major), MOT testing (Class 4 and 7), brake repairs, EV and hybrid servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. Service availability may vary and is subject to technician and parts availability.

3. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online through our website or by telephone.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• You must provide accurate vehicle information. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect registration details.
• Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency bookings with short-notice surcharges are non-refundable once confirmed.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise (MOT testing is VAT exempt).
• Prices are based on vehicle category (Small, Medium, Large, SUV, Performance, Van) and may vary.
• Emergency bookings may incur a surcharge, which will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking.
• Payment is accepted via debit or credit card (processed securely by Stripe). We offer full payment at booking or a 50% deposit with the balance due on collection.
• If additional work is identified during your service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without your consent.

6. Warranty

All servicing and repair work carried out by FastFixAuto comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), covering parts and labour. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period.

7. Mobile Mechanic Services

Our mobile mechanic service is available within a 15-mile radius of High Wycombe (postcodes HP10, HP11, HP12, HP13, and surrounding areas). Mobile services are subject to the availability of a suitable workspace at your location. You must provide adequate access and a safe working environment. Some services may not be available as mobile — we will advise you during booking.

8. Liability

• We take reasonable care to carry out all work to a professional standard using appropriate parts and materials.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of earnings.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects not identified during the scope of the booked service.
• Personal belongings left in vehicles are not our responsibility. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

9. Loyalty Programme

Our loyalty programme rewards returning customers with points on eligible bookings. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@fastfixauto.co.uk or call 07931 603260. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
